To the Blue Donkey Coffee community,

We want to offer our thoughts and deep sympathies for everyone affected at this difficult time. We want to do everything possible to ensure the safety of our guests and team members during this time. We have taken the following steps in all our cafes and facilities to ensure extreme cleanliness, sanitation, and safety.

  • We have temporarily removed all condiment bar items such as sugar, spoons, lids, stirrers, and milk carafes. Our team members provide these upon your request.  

  • We have moved to TO-GO only at all our cafes. No exceptions.

  • We have greatly increased the frequency at which our team members sanitize all counters, equipment, tables, and chairs.

  • All team members are required to use disposable gloves and masks while working each coffee station.

  • During this time, we have suspended all refills with personable cups at all our cafes.

  • We have suspended our monthly public cuppings.

  • We have increased our no-contact delivery efforts for anyone that can’t leave home.

  • We are using contact-less pay options when possible.

  • Customers are encouraged to keep 6 feet apart and not to congregate in waiting areas.

  • At our roasting facility we have implemented strict cleaning and sanitation protocols including hourly sanitation of equipment and counters. Additionally, all facility team members are required to wash hands very frequently and wear disposable gloves. No outside vendors or personal are allowed within facility.
