Bright and expressive with a slightly deeper body than our House Cold Brew, this cold brew is a blend of carefully selected African Heirloom Wet processed coffees. Named after the birthplace of cold brew: Japan "The Great Eight Islands".  Cold steeped for 18 hours. 

Flavor Profile:  - Bright, Zero Sweetness, Dynamic tones of berry, tea, and currant.
