The Ethiopia Yirgacheffe is a bright and rich coffee with winey tones, medium body. It lingers in the palate with tones of blueberry. The Kenya Kagumoini Nyeri AA is rich in tones of herbal tea, flower, and sweet milk chocolate. Finishes to herbal tea. Both are available as pour-overs at Blue Donkey GA Tech.
