30 Days : Returns are available for refund, merchandise exchange or store credit for the first 30 days after delivery.
If you are returning an item all return shipping and delivery charges to Blue Donkey Coffee are at the sole responsibility of the customer.
If you received an incorrect coffee blend, grind, or product contact us for a prepaid return shipping label and we will get the correct item out to you right away.
Refunds and store credit will be issued for coffee only and not for initial shipping charges. Availability on exchanges is not guaranteed and is based on current inventory.
