Our Farmers

What good is great coffee without great milk? That's why we selected a local small-scale dairy farm that is committed to superb quality.  Their milk is non-homogenized and low-pasteurized which creates a beautifully smooth and flavorful product. This process creates extraordinary flavor because the milk proteins are less tinkered with which enables their natural flavor to shine.

Our partnership is committed to sustainability, freshness, and extraordinary quality. We are both in favor of good stewardship of everything from the land we use to the ingredients we choose.
