The drip or "pour over" method is perhaps the simplest and most efficient way to draw the beautiful attributes of your craft coffee. This method produces a delicate and dynamic cup of coffee.
Bring to a boil 600 ml of water.
Weigh 20 grams of coffee ( 2.5 Tbps).
Grind your coffee to sea salt grind.
Fold filter and place into cone dripper.
Water temperature should be at 205F.
Pour 100 ml of water onto grinds.
Allow coffee to "bloom" for 30 seconds.
Pour the rest of the water in circular motions.
This makes a perfectly beautiful cup of coffee.
