Coffee Tasting Course
Interested in being a expert coffee taster? Interested in knowing how coffee is grown, harvested, and planted? If so, this course is for you!
The goal of this course is to give participants an overview of the coffee supply chain and an appreciation for coffee sensory attributes. The coffee supply chain, from plant to cup, will be reviewed from the perspective of product quality and ethical trading.
This is a four week course. From 4-5pm. The first two sessions will focus on what takes place at the country of origin, that is, the country or countries where coffee is produced. The third and fourth sessions will focus on what takes place wherever coffee is roasted and consumed.
